Please join the New Mexico Museum of Art community meeting TODAY @ 5:30pm and let them know that keeping the Multicultural mural is how they can meet their goal of diversity and inclusion. This mural represents the community and needs to stay. Public art is accessible art.

The mural is all the things they claim to want, yet they plan to tear it down, please let them know this is not ok!

The New Mexico Museum of Art is hosting a virtual town hall to seek public perspectives on how the museum might better engage the community, especially where issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion are concerned. The museum also seeks input from members of the community as to how it can express its commitment through exhibitions and programs to explore ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, sexuality, and other forms of cultural difference.
